The number one reason why athletes don’t mentally condition their game is because they don’t believe it work.  Mental Training is a lot like Faith.  The only way you can measure your mental game is to be placed in a situation where you are forced to rely on it.  At that point, it all comes down to you either meeting the situation with confidence or folding like a lawn chair.  It’s a feeling within that you can’t deny. Mental Training is something you must trust and practice in order for you to reap the benefits.
