I was very impressed with Rajon Rondo tonight against the Atlanta Hawks. After making the mistake to allow his emotions to get out of control, he bounced back and recorded triple double. Winning this game will sweep his suspension under the rug, because winning removes negativity. It’s just that simple. Not many players that make the mistake of losing their heads get the opportunity to redeem themselves. So this was a MUST win for him and the Celtics. In my opinion, he owed his team a great game for putting them in a bind with his suspension!
Already short another key player in, Ray Allen. I’m sure he appreciates his teammates for taking care of business while he was out. Watching his performance tonight, proved that he has the mentality to play like a super star. Even though his role on the team isn’t to make big shots, he still plays a major role in getting his players in position, to be the best they can be. Hopefully, he can learn from his mistakes and contain his emotions so he can continue to help his team reach their ultimate goal…Winning a championship! After all, looking from the outside in, it may be their last chance with the Big 3.
